Hi! I’m Fadima Konaté, I live in London with my husband Stephane Fievee and our two little girls. In 2017 I started helping an entrepreneur become more visible online. I also took on editing & translating her mailchimp newsletter, writing & scheduling Instagram posts, and brainstorming ideas for content & collaborations. When researching further for tools and strategies to improve her online marketing, my interest in the matter turned into a real passion. I took online marketing courses and learned several software systems and…Voilà!
I realised that my background in account management, sales, and PR & Marketing could benefit businesses looking for marketing support & customer support.
I studied marketing and communication in university, and quickly went on to working in a PR & Marketing agency. As a PR assistant, then marketing account manager, I quickly learned how to handle clients’ projects from brief to delivery. It gave me the confidence that served me well in all my subsequent endeavors.
The agency appreciated me and valued my work so much that they agreed to finance my business degree. After studying AND working at the same time for three years, I took some time off to travel the world (mostly America!).
I started as an inside sales rep for large IT companies, where I honed in my sales skills and IT proficiency.
For the next ten years I worked alternatively for Cloud start-ups, helping them to set up and grow their client base in Europe, or as an account manager for IT giants such as Apple inc. and Gartner. What I liked the most as an account manager, was being involved in the clients projects and developing long-term relationships. I would research, network and leverage all resources available to deliver the best value to my clients. I’m a natural helper! Finding solutions for my clients is what drives me.
When I followed my husband in expatriation, and started a family, I took a break from the corporate world, but my business itch was still there and I ventured into a life-long passion of mine: Real Estate.
From all these experiences, I grew into a well-rounded professional, competent and resourceful with an accrued ability to adapt to new environments, industries, culture and processes.
But more importantly: I get business and I get things done.
